Appointments

Appointments are made at 15 minute intervals so you can expect to spend 10 to 15 minutes with your doctor. Please advise the reception staff when booking if a longer appointment time is required.

*** When making an on-line appointment, please note they are for standard 15 minute consultations only. Skin Cancer Checks, Medicals, Procedures, paperwork completion or anything else requiring a longer appointment should NOT be booked online. If you require a longer appointment or a specialised appointment, please contact us on 08 8563 2777 to book. ***

Emergencies are attended to promptly by your usual doctor, or if he or she is unavailable, by the “on call” doctor for the day. The unpredictable nature of medical practice means that we sometimes run behind schedule. When this happens our receptionists will endeavour to inform you. Please assist by reporting in on arrival. If you wish, you may phone the surgery before your appointment to check that your doctor is on time.

We encourage our patients to develop a relationship with a particular doctor, as we believe that this is the way in which you will receive the best health care. If for some reason you are treated by a doctor who is not your usual doctor, he or she will normally arrange for your usual doctor to provide the follow‑up care, if it is required.

Our practice teaches medical students. When they are at the practice please advise reception staff or the doctor if you prefer not to have them involved in your consultation.

We offer limited appointments in our Saturday Morning Clinics.
